Beschreibung des Herstellers: Magical Doremi aired in Japan between March 1999 and February 2003. This metaseries obtained wide popularity among little girls in Japan, becoming second only to Sailor Moon in the magical-girl genre of Japanese animation. The heroine´s name is Doremi, hinting at the fact that this anime has a musical element to it. The series anime focuses on two main themes: the protagonists´ efforts to become skilled in the art of magic, and the friendships and relationships between the girls in the human world. In the world of witches, they fight enemies - for example, the Queen´s fearful predecessor, or evil wizards. In the human world, however, they use their magical talents to help those in need. Being trainees in magic, their powers often do not immediately provide a solution to their problems. In the end, the primary moral of these stories is not about power, but about kindness and compassion.
