Popeye has been brought to collectible life through the design work of Tracy Mark Lee and the sculpting talents of Ruben Procopio. Depicted as he appeared in the classic Famous Studios shorts with his white sailor suit, Popeye stands 6-inches tall and rests atop a classic star base reminiscent of the famous opening.
